Not only did I have no more pain after my adjustment, I saw a dramatic improvement immediately following my first adjustment. They made sure every single question I had was answered and the staff was super friendly. I was very satisfied with my overall experience and have been going there for the last few months and have never felt better. What a wonderful place. I have even brought in 2 family members, who are now believers in upper cervical chiropractic.

This chiropractor has never misdiagnosed me. They always are able to find the source of my pain. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. The equipment they used during my adjustment was very advanced and sophisticated. It made me much more comfortable knowing that I was getting the most safe, current treatment.

No, I've never been given any advice!

Yes, they updated me about what stage I was at in my recovery

Extremely comfortable; I could have fallen asleep

During my adjustments, they completely ignored the area where I was experiencing pain, which is the whole reason I went there. They just tried to sell me on a bunch of other stuff for nutrition. They don't always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. Although I have seen them apologize for some mistakes it doesn't happen very often. Their staff was somewhat friendly, but they didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. I did feel a little less pain after my chiropractic treatment, but nothing major. They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information.

I was nervous that I was going to be numb or stiff after my adjustments, but I felt absolutely fantastic when I left. It's obvious that they are experts at what they do and I feel very safe under their care. I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. The treatment method was explained in-depth to me before they started the treatment. I was totally prepared for everything that was going to be done during the
adjustments, and I was completely comfortable. Not only did I have no more pain after my adjustment, but I felt great afterward. I definitely saw a huge difference.
