The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. They've definitely given me helpful lifestyle and nutritional tips. They always want what's best for me. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. Also, Dr. Lara is very honest, he will be straight with you on how many treatments you need, and not try to get you to come in more than you need to. He is awesome at what he does and really funny too! :-)

They went above and beyond what they told me they could do for me. I never expected them to be able to help me as much as they did. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. I was in awe at the level of service I received when I visited Clifford Lara, D.C.. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate.

The treatment method was explained in-depth to me before they started the treatment. I was totally prepared for everything that was going to be done during the adjustments, and I was completely comfortable. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored.
