They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. They've stayed open past their closing times many times when I've needed help. They've never turned me away when I've needed them. The whole staff is very friendly and professional.

They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. They paid attention to my problem area, which I really appreciated. I felt like I got what I went for. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional.

I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. They've given me a ton of nutritional and lifestyle tips. They know how important it is for my recovery. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance.
