Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!!
Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office?
Definitely! It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen!

Not at all, it was the perfect temperature

No, if they had music on it was very soothing

They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you.
