They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. One of my pet peeves is bad breath, and one thing that I have always noticed about this provider is that they never have bad breath. I've never even noticed a smell at all. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified.
