They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time. It's always very clear, from the doctor's actions, statements, and follow-through that he honestly cares for his patients' well-being. He's consistent this way, and I find it easy to trust him.

The whole staff is such a friendly group of people. Everyone makes you feel welcome as soon as you walk in the door. I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. If you want someone to make you feel at home, this is the place! They are so friendly and welcoming. Dr. Shanyfelt is a true healer. Love Jane ....and Jack.

I have seen Dr. Shaneyfelt several times over the last decade & each time I have been
very surprised & pleased with the results. After seeing one spine center doctor who prescribed medication, an orthopedist who ordered an MRI & recommended injections, a surgeon at U.C. who wanted to do surgery and many p.t. appointments which were mildly helpful, someone recommended Dwight Shaneyfelt. I have had
paiin every day for the last two years and after one visit with Dr. S, I feel like Ihave a
new body. I will be going back for that feeling of well being which I walked out of his office with.

They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. They did not pressure me at all to return. They gave me the information I needed and left the choice up to me. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me.
