They really paid a lot of attention to my problem area, which is the reason I went. When I told them where I was in pain they put much of their focus on eliminating discomfort in that area. They went above and beyond what they told me they could do for me. I never expected them to be able to help me as much as they did. Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time.

Absolutely! They made me feel like my questions and concerns were stupid
Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this chiropractor's office?
Extremely comfortable; I could have fallen asleep

They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. They talked about my X-Rays with me thoroughly to make sure I knew everything about my condition and about my treatment options. They definitely care about their patients. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen.

I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. They keep the restrooms well-stocked here, and not just with the basics. There is mouthwash, lotion and other amenities. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible. The treatment method was explained in-depth to me before they started the treatment. I was totally prepared for everything that was going to be done during the adjustments, and I was completely comfortable.
