I've been to probably 8 different chiropractors and Aaron is probably the best one I've been to. Fixed my shoulder problem first try, I convinced my dad to go for it, he was nervous and thought Chiropractors were a rip-off, now he loves it, and every time he gets something tweaked, he heads over.

I love how attentive they are here. Even when notified that they have a personal phone call, they always wait to take it later. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while.

I was amazed at how much better I felt after my adjustments. Dr. Austin lets me know if I can drop in and fixes me in a single visit. He is extremely cost effective and efficient. He does not accept insurance or credit to keep costs down. He is by far one of the best I've ever seen in his field. It is obvious he has been exceeding clients' expectations for many years.

I've been going to Aaron on and off for years. I am a professional firefighter, so from time to time I tweak my back, hurt my thumb etc. Aaron is able to diagnose the problem quickly and fixes it. I can't recommend him enough. I drive from Los Angeles to Santa Barbara to see him, that's how good he is.
