I never had to doubt their qualifications. They made their credentials completely obvious, which made me feel a lot safer. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. They are always spot-on about what is bothering me. I have never been misdiagnosed by this chiropractor; they are an expert at what they do.
