I will definitely refer my friends and family here. They were great and I think more people should know about them. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for.

It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. Just as a side note, this business is really conveniently located and is close to everything. It is right off and freeway and close to some shops. They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared. Great family business!

At some of the other places I've been to, the chiropractor had super cold hands, so I was a little nervous I would have to deal with that here, but I didn't at all. I was more comfortable than I've ever been anywhere else. I've already told my friends and family about the fantastic experience I had there. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. One of my pet peeves is bad breath, and one thing that I have always noticed about this provider is that they never have bad breath. I've never even noticed a smell at all.
