I recently went to a medical doctor for a rib injury that was extremely painful, and was told I should not be active for 6-8 weeks to give it time to "heal" (and to take pain killers). I then went to Dr. Lochridge, he adjusted my rib - said it was twisted, and I am a new person. I have had many similar situations in the past - he's the best!
