They talked about my X-Rays with me thoroughly to make sure I knew everything about my condition and about my treatment options. They definitely care about their patients. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable.

I use to go to Denise Cartwright for a wreck I was in.
She was fantasic!! I live about 30 minutes away now and I would love
to go back to her office!

Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met

Not at all! They always try to get me in as soon as possible

Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in

Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities. They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most.
