Dr. Groves is conveniently located on Spring Creek just west of Custer. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important.

I have a lumbar injury which flares up when I'm careless and lift something heavy without lumbar support. I did so earlier this year and could not stand, sit, or move without pain. Dr. Gorves took x-rays and came up with a rehab treatment plan involving core muscle strengthening, bio-mechanic instructiion and exercise, and massage therapy. I followed his plan for the prescribed time and was not only pain free, but stronger than I was in my thirties (I'm in my forties now). They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. I was very comfortable the entire time.

They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. They did not pressure me at all to return. They gave me the information I needed and left the choice up to me. I love how attentive they are here. Even when notified that they have a personal phone call, they always wait to take it later. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special.

Although I have never had much to complain about I know that they always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. They take every complaint very seriously and strive to ensure that clients leave satisfied with their visit each and every time. Their office was nice and quiet. I was worried it would be overly loud but it was fine. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here.
