I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. I wasn't worried about their equipment. It was safe and well taken care of. They paid attention to my problem area, which I really appreciated. I felt like I got what I went for. I didn't feel any numbness after my visit. They always take good care of me.

GREAT doctor! Very impressed with his attention to detail. He was the first doctor in a long time that made me feel "heard." Actually, it was more like he heard my body...like my body was talking to him. DEF recommend.

They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. Their primary concern is what's best for me, and they only give me the advice that would benefit me the most.

I have gone to Dr. Darrell for years. He has helped our family in teaching us how to enable our bodies to heal. It is not harsh or forceful but gentle adjustment and nutritional evaluation. We no longer need medicines, inhalers, etc. The body does heal when aligned!

I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. I appreciated that they were still concerned about my health even after I left the office. They followed up with me after my appointment and everything. One of my pet peeves is bad breath, and one thing that I have always noticed about this provider is that they never have bad breath. I've never even noticed a smell at all. The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to.
