I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged.

Yes! He/she took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude.
