No, but they gave me directions to a lab nearby where I could get them

I have been to "the best" Chiropractors all over town. There is only one that is honest, personable, and can actually fix what ever is wrong with you. It may require follow up visits if the problem is bad enough. However, this is the only Dr. I trust. He is not an ambulance chasing regular chiropractor, but a real Dr and he knows what he is doing.
Also, there is a great staff of message therapists at this location, including the best I have ever known, Tanja. I give them four and a half stars because there hours for Dr Chambers is a bit limited, however I have shown up with out an appointment many times and have never been turned away or made to wait.
