I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Dr. Helton listens to symptoms and takes a cautious approach to ensure the safest and most effective treatment is recommend. I have never been misdiagnosed by this chiropractor; they are an expert at what they do. They've given me a ton of nutritional and lifestyle tips. They know how important it is for my recovery.

I met Dr. Helton when I first moved to Texas and needed a Chiropractor during my pregnancy. I was a little nervous about getting adjusted while pregnanct but I knew how important it was. As soon as I spoke with Dr. Helton on the phone I felt at ease. It turned out his wife was also pregnant and he had been adjusting her from the beginning. It's been over 5 years and I still go periodically to get adjusted. I love the office and the staff. Everyone is so friendly and helpful! I recommend him on a regular basis whenever someone I know needs a chiropractor.
