One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. The treatment method was explained to me before the adjustment was performed. I appreciated the fact that I was prepared for my treatment.
