I felt much better after my appointment. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I was very satisfied with my visit. The office was very easy to locate. Although I couldn't continue with my treatment because of my busy schedule at my job, I was very pleased with the care Dr. Gratia gave me. Dr. Gratia was very thorough and even found some related medical problems that did not have anything to do with the my Chiropractic condition. To me that is a true medical professional that cares about your all around health. He also discovered a medical problem on my husband and referred him for an MRI which indicated a cyst that was located on my husband's spinal cord which was causing the pain that we thought could be treated with spinal manipulations. He had to have surgery to remove the cyst. Dr. Gratia is a wonderful medical provider that cares about his patients.

The equipment they used during my adjustment was very advanced and sophisticated. It made me much more comfortable knowing that I was getting the most safe, current treatment. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. My level of satisfaction was very high after this appointment. I was impressed with how the doctor catered to my needs.

Am being treated for some foot pain and so far my experience has been a truly professional and encouraging. I am in the medical field myself and am impressed with Dr. Gratia's knowledge, bedside manner, and office staff. Takes all three to make a great healthcare provider and Dr. Gratia and his office staff are doing it. Highly recommended.

I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for.

They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while. I spend a little too much time in the waiting room. I've waited longer at other offices, but I was hoping to be seen sooner. The chairs in their waiting room were definitely above average. I was comfortable. Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed.
