They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. They put in the extra effort to make me feel valued and important. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart.

I have been seeing Dr. Art for about 10 years now, he knows what my problem areas are and what works with me to adjust them. I like that. I like that when I ask questions he answers and explains and doesn't have a problem explaining.

One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more. I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. Their office was nice and quiet. I was worried it would be overly loud but it was fine.

I've been seeing Arthur for over 2.5 years now and have been very satisfied with my results. I started seeing him because I had severe whiplash from a car accident - he was very helpful during my recovery of that. Since then he has helped me with allergy prevention (and if you live in Austin, you know how tricky that can be). I also go every so often for a regular checkup as I am very active and am prone to lower back pain.

He is knowledgeable, has a lovely demeanor and is passionate about what he does...and most importantly, I always notice an improvement in my health after a visit.
