Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. Just as a side note, this business is really conveniently located and is close to everything. It is right off and freeway and close to all kinds of shops. I was able to do my shopping for the week right after my appointment. The treatment method was explained in-depth to me before they started the treatment. I was totally prepared for everything that was going to be done during the adjustments, and I was completely comfortable. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back.

Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. Their office was clean and filled with all sorts of eye candy and even snacks on one visit! They were so skilled and knowledgeable, and even customized their adjustments to meet my specific condition. I've already told my friends and family about the fantastic experience I had there.

I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. Dr. Lieb really shows that he cares about me and has my best interest in mind. he provides a very relaxed atmosphere and is also great with my kids. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff.

They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all. They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy.
