They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary.

Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time

Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance

Yes, they really focused on it
