"Dr. Bill" immediately puts his patients at ease...whether it's a young teen or an adult who is skeptical of alternative approaches, he address their concerns openly and honestly and creates a comfortable environment.

No, they were fine

Definitely, they make everyone feel equally respected and cared for

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

Absolutely! I knew I was being cared for by an expert!

Definitely! It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen!

I was very comfortable during my adjustments. I felt no pain or discomfort at all. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times. I felt very encouraged after my first appointment. After seeing how qualified and knowledgeable they were, I was hopeful that I would be able to get better under their care. They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all.
