Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen

They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me. Their primary concern is what's best for me, and they only give me the advice that would benefit me the most. I didn't feel any numbness after my visit. They always take good care of me.

It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. Not only did I have no more pain after my adjustment, but I felt great afterward. I definitely saw a huge difference. They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation.

Recommended to me by my cousin, I had visited Dr Klapper regarding my pains and were super satisfied with the results. The overall experience was excellent and at the end of the day, I feel great. I would definitely pass this recommendation to anyone searching.

The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice.

They talked about my X-Rays with me thoroughly to make sure I knew everything about my condition and about my treatment options. They definitely care about their patients. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared.
