Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met

I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. They make an extra effort to communicate with their patients, and even updated me every time I visited about where I was at in the recovery process and how much progress I had made. It was encouraging to know how much recovery I was making at each appointment. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all.

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

Not at all, I showed up early and they were ready to see me

No, if they had music on it was very soothing

Not one bit! I felt much better when I left!
