I got relief from my headaches but my issues are with the office help not filling the insurance papers out properly and no one returning my phone messages or emails. I have been trying to get this resolved since January and it is now May. When they filled out the paperwork, they put that I didn't pay even though I paid in full every visit. Now I am due money but the insurance checks were sent to Dr. Larsen. One check in November 2011 and another in December 2011. The checks were never cashed nor were they ever returned with an explanation. I cannot even get anyone on the phone that can tell me ANYTHING!!! I left another message today. If no one calls me back within a couple of days, I will be reporting this to the BBB of Arkansas.
