I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. They've given me a ton of nutritional and lifestyle tips. They know how important it is for my recovery. It's always nice to have comfortable chairs to sit in while you are waiting to visit the chiropractor. I appreciated the fact that they invested in the most comfortable, luxurious chairs I could imagine.

They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule.

They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. The treatment method was explained to me before the adjustment was performed. I appreciated the fact that I was prepared for my treatment. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. I've already told my friends and family about the fantastic experience I had with Chuck Olds, D.C.. I love how attentive they are here. Even when notified that they have a personal phone call, they always wait to take it later. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special.
