I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. I know that they have a lot of clients here so I understand that they many not remember my name every time, but I am always really impressed when I walk in the door and am greeted by name. They always try to make the effort and for this I am grateful. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here.
