Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. I was pretty surprised with how far away this business was from everything. It took me forever to get there and I kept getting lost. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary.

Michael Akerson, D.C. always made sure that I wasn't in any pain. They've called me back quickly once or twice. Michael Akerson, D.C. is always polite and never uses foul language. Michael Akerson, D.C. is always prepared for my appointment and remembers everything about me. I felt very safe in Michael Akerson, D.C.'s care. I definitely trust them.
