They not only helped me they are helping my daughter who has scoliosis. Dr. Casalino has been able to lessen the angle of the bend insuring that we can stay away from surgery.

They went above and beyond what they told me they could do for me. I never expected them to be able to help me as much as they did. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. They were so skilled and knowledgeable, and even customized their adjustments to meet my specific condition.

I felt better than I have in years when I left. I couldn't believe the difference they were able to make. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on.

They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. Not only did I have no more pain after my adjustment, but I felt great afterward. I definitely saw a huge difference. They make an extra effort to communicate with their patients, and even updated me every time I visited about where I was at in the recovery process and how much progress I had made. It was encouraging to know how much recovery I was making at each appointment. They are so kind and caring, and they stay open way past their closing time to help anyone who needs them. They wouldn't deny anyone that needed help. I know I can always count on them. The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately.

They have completely eliminated my need for pain medication and enhanced my overall well-being. I feel better than ever. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. The treatment method was explained in-depth to me before they started the treatment. I was totally prepared for everything that was going to be done during the adjustments, and I was completely comfortable.

Mark Casalino, D.C. makes the extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need! They always remember me and make me feel very important! I feel like Mark Casalino, D.C. goes out of the way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. I was amazed at how much better I felt after my adjustments. Mark Casalino, D.C. was fantastic! I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed.
