I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. The treatment method was explained in-depth to me before they started the treatment. I was totally prepared for everything that was going to be done during the adjustments, and I was completely comfortable.

Yes, I no longer need pain medication and I feel better than I've ever felt

No, if they had music on it was very soothing

They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back. They gave about the same level of care as others I have been to for the same problem. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. I felt much better after my appointment. My pain was greatly reduced.
