I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time. I was very comfortable during my adjustments. I felt no pain or discomfort at all. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them. No complaints about Dr Gracey or his staff.
