They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. They really paid a lot of attention to my problem area, which is the reason I went. When I told them where I was in pain they put much of their focus on eliminating discomfort in that area. They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan, including watching a video on the method being used, which was new to me. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. The staff were all very professional and courteous, and I would not hesitate to recommend this practice to anyone who might need a more gentle form of chiropractic--highly effective!

The waiting area is rather small, but there is always a seat available. It would be nice if it was more spacious, but I've never had to stand. I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me.

They are so kind and caring, and. I doubt they would deny anyone that needed help. I know I can always count on them. The treatment method was explained in-depth to me before they started the treatment. I was totally prepared for everything that was going to be done during the adjustments, and I was completely comfortable. This chiropractor has never misdiagnosed me. They were able to find the source of my pain.

They did not pressure me to return for additional follow-up appointments. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left.
