The staff are great people, and very friendly. They are attentive and make you feel right at home. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. My appointments never get canceled. They are extremely reliable. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. Dr. Taylor is very smart and understanding. He is very honest in his evaluation and cares for his patients.
