I felt much better after my appointment. My pain was clearly reduced. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is very friendly, welcoming group. They are professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with their rapid diagnosis and the subsequent progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered. I definitely will stay with this provider. They are busy.

I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy. I felt very safe in their care. I definitely trust them. I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. I couldn't believe how great their office looked. It was very obvious that they took pride in the office's appearance. It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen.

They are always spot-on about what is bothering me. I have never been misdiagnosed by this chiropractor; they are an expert at what they do. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more.

They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time. It is so refreshing to see a provider that you can tell truly cares about their appearance. They strive to maintain a professional appearance and look their best at all times. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation.
