They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. I didn't feel completely safe when I arrived for my appointment because the building wasn't in a very safe neighborhood. They should maybe consider moving somewhere else if they want clients to return. I never had to doubt their qualifications. They made their credentials completely obvious, which made me feel a lot safer.

Extremely easy, and close to the entrance

Not at all! They always respect my decisions.
Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you?
He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.
Does this provider treat every client equally?
Definitely, they make everyone feel equally respected and cared for

wonderful office. very reasonable and caring. they treat you like family. Flat rate. pay cash credit card. speak spanish english. fantastic!!! They were so skilled and knowledgeable, and even customized their adjustments to meet my specific condition. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left.
