I was ecstatic after my appointment. I knew that I was going to improve with their treatment. I've never seen anyone with more skill. All of my questions were answered during my appointment, which really put my mind at ease. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous.

Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time

Not one bit! I felt much better when I left!

Definitely! They would never turn away anyone in need

Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.

It's always nice to have comfortable chairs to sit in while you are waiting to visit the chiropractor. I appreciate the fact that they invested in comfy chairs. The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly. I wasn't stiff at all after my appointment. They are always very careful, and make sure I'm always comfortable. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. I was really glad that they customized their treatment to address my condition instead of just giving me general adjustments. Their treatment was much more effective that way.

They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. This provider has so much helpful information available online. They have an impressive website that's easy to use, with forms that you can fill out before your appointment. They also have a great online presence in multiple directories. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them.
