I learned about Doctor Miller through an internet search because I was interested in getting a rhinoplasty. I decided to make an appointment for a consultation (this was the first doctor that I reached out to for my rhinoplasty). I was immediately comfortable. The staff answered every question that I had and the doctor was thorough in his recommendation for my nose. He first asked what I didn't like about my nose and we worked together from there. He recommended a chin implant to even out my profile. I got to see images of what my nose and chin would look like after the surgery and he made sure that the result was something that I was looking for. I knew that this was the right choice for me. The surgery went amazing. I had never been under anesthesia before so I was extremely nervous and the staff made me feel completely comfortable. It was over before I knew it. I had minimal pain, just slight discomfort and swelling (mostly in the chin area) in the week following. Once again the staff and doctor were there to answer any questions that I had throughout this process. I am now just under two months post op and the result are amazing! My nose looks natural (my nose but enhanced)! My chin looks the way that it was always meant to look. I would definitely recommend Doctor Miller.

I can't express how grateful I am to Dr. Miller for changing my life. I had 2 previous rhinoplasty surgeries and my nose was caving in on the right side. I was horrified and wasn't even comfortable being in photos. I did extensive research to find the best surgeon and after my initial Skype consultation with Dr. Miller I knew he was the one. I had previously sent him photos, so without even meeting me in person he knew exactly what my problem was and he was able to show me via a computer program how he was going to repair my nose. I reside north of Pittsburgh, PA so my first visit to his office was the day prior to my surgery. His team made me feel so welcome and at ease. They are like a family working together to make sure all my needs are met both emotionally and physically. It has been 5 months post op and all I can say is that Dr. Miller is my HERO!!! He not only repaired my nose but he made my nose beautiful!!!! I am so grateful to him and I know he is the best at his craft! I also receive emails from his team checking on me and I can't tell you how much this means to me. If I every chose to have more facial surgery in the future, I WILL ONLY CHOOSE DR. MILLER! He is the best so why would I ever go anywhere else!!! I adore him and his team and am so thankful for all they have done for me. Dr. Miller gave me my life back!

Amazing doctor/ professional Staff
I just had botox and filler inserted in my face,I've never been more pleased with the results the doctor and staff, the wait time was less then 5 minutes once I walked into the room, the nurse explained what I was going to get and the procedure only took about 15 minutes. Will be back once the Botox wears off

Dr. Miller was wonderful. He was so gentle. I have had injections several times before, but no one has ever been so gentle. My results were even better than I had expected. I had my under eyes done for the first time and I am so pleased with how rested I look. Thanks Dr. Miller!!!

Had a face/neck lift earlier this year and results were even better than I expected. Dr. Miller and his staff were fantastic - very professional yet caring. Everything was explained to me in great detail so I knew what to expect - and I healed even quicker than expected. I still can't believe what I see in the mirror! Thank you Dr. Miller and Staff!!!

had a microdermabrasion at the office of Dr M and his skin specialist was very detail oriented. He went above and beyond with my treatment and I felt it was worth the time and money I spent there at his office. I got my questions answered and a treatment plan for what I was looking for that I feel will be effective based on this experience. If you are looking for an attentive office I would suggest to try here.

Had a positive experience through this office. Dr. Miller operated on my mother. She had a brow lift, nose work, upper and lower eye surgery, fat transfer to the lips and cheeks and a laser for helping wrinkles.
He treated her with care throughout the whole process and made me and my father feel at ease. His after care was special since he made her feel confident knowing he was always available. He called the night of her surgery go make sure she was feeling ok.
Just overall very happy he made us feel ar ease for this overall process and my mom looks so beautiful.

If I could give Dr. Miller more than five stars I would! I only wish I would have had the procedure done a lot sooner. Dr. Miller did an amazing job. He listened to exactly what I wanted. The recovery time was a breeze due to his technique. I had MINIMAL bruising and did not need any pain killers. I was back to traveling in a week. I HIGHLY recommend him.
