Pamela Warren is an excellent nutritionist and health coach. She is extremely knowledgeable and also collaborative -- she works closely with you to determine your nutrition/health needs and preferences and to design a program you can live with and afford! She is also very intuitive and responsive, which I appreciate. She asks a lot of questions,and puts information together to create a "big picture" view of your overall health needs. She doesn't try to sell you a lot of supplements or "programs" -- just healthy whole foods, easy to make recipies and basic vitamins/minerals for overall health. She also helped me with several specific problems,especially sugar cravings and weight gain. She also stays in touch! She addressed all my concerns and more and went out of her way to make the appointment convenient..
