They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. They did a very thorough investigation of my medical history to make sure that I would receive the most beneficial treatment. I felt like they really cared about me. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance.
Pinky is the best practioner I have ever seen. I feel so blessed to have her in my life! Appointments are always quick to get and she is there for you (even in the middle of the night!) If you are looking for good help, she is the best!

I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place. They were absolutely amazing and make others in the same field look like beginners. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. She even calls you back at late hours if you need her. She's simply the best doctor in the whole DFW area and probably beyond that.

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

No, they are really great about answering the phone right away

Not at all! They always try to get me in as soon as possible

Definitely! They always remember me and make me feel important!

I"ve been searching for psychiatrists so much this past year. None that i liked so far. Today was my first visit with Dr. Gutierrez and I know she's the right one. She took her time to ask me questions and find out more things, talked about my past medications, how I'm feeling and everything. This is the doctor for me. And I'm SO glad I finally found someone so I can start to get better now.
