The receptionist's (not remembering the name, but she is the long brunette hair, thin young lady on the left of the counter) attitude towards customer service would need a major adjustment in my opinion. She spoke in a rapid fire manner, and at time hurling indiscernible instructions/commands to us, and failed to listen to our inquiries. Since she did not listen, her answers were way of the mark, for instance, we asked her what was the contact phone so my ride, Dr. Bui could call for pick up time. The young lady reply was the info was on the form that I needed to fill out which had only Dr. Bui phone's number...But once I passed that ordeal, things started to get back to very professional and efficient. I felt very comfortable from the prep time to a chance to talk to Dr. Lee and Le prior to being moved to the Operations room. Operations room was clean and well equipped. I particularly appreciate Dr Le for explaining the level of sedation during the prep. Overall, I would rate the experience with the doctors 10 out of 10, with the nurses 8 out of 10, and with the receptionist 3 out of 10. Thank you all for taking care of me today!

I've had 2 appointments with Dr Lee. Each time he has been personsble, professional and engaged. I was most impressed that he personally called me within 24 hours with all test results. Wow! His staff has been equally attentive and kind.

I received an EGD and colonoscopy. I had the procedures without sedation because I needed to be able to drive home. The procedures were unpleasant, but bearable. Dr. Lee performed the procedures quickly. The assisting staff was friendly. I received the report promptly.

It was very good except the recovery room nurse should have called my husband, who was at the hallway, to the patient's bedside before doctor comes that way both of us could listen what doctor would say. Thank you very much!

From the time I walked in through the doors and spoke to the receptionist and until the time I left the facility......it was 5 STAR!!!Every person I can in contact with was polite, friendly and professional!! They put me at ease without hesitation. From the receptionist, the 3 nurses in pre-op, the surgical nurse, the tech assisting in the surgical room and the doctor....you all were AWESOME!!!! Thank you for making my experience a great one!!

It seems that my endoscopy and colonoscopy went well. All the nurses were pleasant and efficient.The Dr. came to see me after the procedures and explained what he did.
