I spend a little too much time in the waiting room. I've waited longer at other offices, but I was hoping to be seen sooner. It seemed like they were trying to rush my appointment and were annoyed to be helping me. It was obvious that they wanted to be somewhere else. They seemed like they were using fairly modern treatment methods and procedures, but I'm not really sure. I was disappointed that their staff didn't seem to respect them very much. They weren't disrespectful but I could tell they didn't have a very good relationship. I felt very rushed. They barely spent two minutes with me and almost completely ignored me.
