Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met

Absolutely! You can tell that he/she really makes an effort to look professional

Yes, It was extremely convenient and well kept

My husband and I took our beloved dog to this vet when she had back pain and could barely stand. We told him we didn't want to put her on the table but he insisted. Then he pushed on her spine and she shrieked and lashed out (which she has NEVER DONE). He stepped back and didn't want anything to do with it while she sat there CRYING OUT IN PAIN and bit my husband and I… this lasted over a minute. He didn't care if she fell off the table and got hurt even worse. He didn't even try to restrain her. Then after that he preceded to tell us he could not give her any pain medicine and that it was a blown disc. We ended up putting her down because the pain she was in was horrendous and we couldn't see driving her over an hour away in that pain. After the fact I found out (through research and my mom asking her vet) that he COULD HAVE GIVEN HER MEDICINE and it was his job to restrain her. He was not compassionate of her at all and really does not seem to care about the animals he treats. The vet tech that use to work there was amazing… he was so kind and showed how much he cared about the animals… but he is no longer there. I HIGHLY recommend going to a different vet. I wish we would have…. we could still have our dog. Our bed is so empty at night and our hearts are broken.

One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. This veterinarian was so compassionate when my pet was sick. I can tell that they really cared about my pet's well-being and reassured me that things would be alright. I thought their pricing was very fair. I have been to other places that charge an arm and a leg and I was happy to see that they weren't one of them. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart.

Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance

Unbelievabley gentle, it is very apparant they truly care about pets well-being and comfort

Just as a side note, this business is really conveniently located and is close to everything. It is right off and freeway and close to all kinds of shops.They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all.

Absolutely, the kennels and holding areas were some of the cleanest I have ever seen

They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. Unlike other veterinarians I've been too, I have never seen them appear overwhelmed by too many pets. They are extremely organized and make sure the vet has plenty of time to see each patient for as long as necessary. I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them.
