Dr. Yates is great! She explains everything I need to know about my dogs care. I can't say I understand it all but I know I can always leave a message and she will call me back if I need clarification. I have had several dogs in my life but I have never felt as confident w/ their care as I do w/ Dr. Gates.

I will never go anywhere else. Dr Ann treats my pets as I do; like family. She is very patient and gentle to my skittish little ones. She is open and honest, and takes the time to treat my pets.

The doctors at the Hospital are wonderful. I just wonder do they know the their clients are being treated so poorly when they call on the phone. My advise to the doctors GET THAT RECEPTIONIST OFF THE PHONE AND AWAY FROM THE PUBLIC !!!! SHE IS VERY RUDE, RUDE, RUDE!!!!
