The equipment they used during my adjustment seemed very current and safe. You could tell everything was well taken care of. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. Their prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding.

They talked about my X-Rays with me thoroughly to make sure I knew everything about my condition and about my treatment options. They definitely care about their patients. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. They were so skilled and knowledgeable, and even customized their adjustments to meet my specific condition.

Robert Brown, D.C. is so easy to reach in an emergency. Robert Brown, D.C. answered my call immediately and is always there for me when I need it the most. Robert Brown, D.C. explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. Robert Brown, D.C. always makes an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to! They always listen to every question or concern I may have! I never had to doubt Robert Brown, D.C.'s qualifications. They made their credentials completely obvious, which made me feel a lot safer! I felt better than I have in years when I left my appointment with Robert Brown, D.C.. I never feel stiff at all.
