I feel so grateful to have found Bedford Stuybesant. I was going to this other animal clinic and working there was purely a job to those people. At Bedford everyone was very helpful and handled my cat so well. I really appreciate the services they provide.

I am very pleased with the services that my dog and I received. The doctor is very knowledgeable and is genuinely concerned about the welfare of the animal. The front desk assistant was polite and courteous. I am glad that I bought my dog into this veterinary clinic.

Their primary concern is what's best for me, and they only give me the advice that would benefit me the most. This veterinarian was so compassionate when my pet was sick. I can tell that they really cared about my pet's well-being and reassured me that things would be alright. Whenever I called with a question or concern, the staff made me feel stupid for calling. I avoided calling because I didn't want to feel stupid. They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation. I love taking my pet here. I feel confident in their care and my pet really seems to like them.
