They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important.

Our kids were nervous before going to visit their office for a brace, but after meeting Cindy and Sam they felt very comfortable. They took great care of our kids. The restrooms at this office were spotless. They have the very latest in orthodontic care and treatments here. I was very impressed with all the new and sophisticated equipment in their facility. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. I never had to doubt their qualifications.

Yes, they made a point to show me

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

Yes, they had everything you could possibly need!

Drs. Sam & Cindy are wonderful people. They took great care of me when I was under their care. Not only were they professional in the way that they treated me, but they were very warm and friendly. They are also very community oriented and giving back to the community. our community is blessed to have them a part of it!!!
