I never had to doubt their qualifications. They made their credentials completely obvious, which made me feel a lot safer. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place.

They offer the best pricing I've ever seen. I couldn't believe how little I ended up having to pay. One thing I appreciated was that the chairs in their waiting room were way above average. They definitely care about patient comfort because they have the best waiting room chairs. I could have easily fallen asleep while waiting for my appointment. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper and never run out.

Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. Their office was nice and quiet. I was worried it would be overly loud but it was fine. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered.

One of the first things I noticed about this business was the level of detail and attention to make the building handicap-accessible. Even the bathrooms were designed to be accessible with doors wide enough to accommodate wheelchairs and grab bars in the stalls. You could tell they really made an effort to accommodate people with all different needs. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. I appreciated that they were still concerned about my health even after I left the office. They followed up with me after my appointment and everything.

They would not leave me alone, and kept suggesting that I buy products that I felt were completely unnecessary. I feel like they always have a special going on every time I visit. Even if I don't bring in a coupon the staff will inform me of the promotions they have going on so that I can save money. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time.

They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me.
