GOOD: They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. Dr. Why seemed to hit the nail on the head from my very first appointment.

BAD:Every time I had a concern, or if I called to ask a question, the staff made me feel like I shouldn't have called. The staff wasn't helpful at all. I also had to wait a while after I arrived for my appointment & was told this would be the "way it is" because they are a small office. The staff didn't even keep me updated about how much longer it would be.

OVERALL: Dr. Why was wonderful but his staff was less than desirable and will most likely be the cause of many other patients leaving the practice. His wife is part of his staff & he was biased towards her and the others poor treatment of me. I would recommend the Dr but not his staff.

have not visited office, but I thought this was very meaningful for a review....I emailed bancroft behavioral health for a consult via the psychology today site, and Bradley Why returned my email right away, within half an hour, and it was almost midnight when i sent it!

so 5 stars for promptness!

Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had

Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time

Absolutely, they always make me feel like I'm their only patient.

Not at all, they were glad to help me with anything I needed

I couldn't believe how great their office looked. It was very obvious that they took pride in the office's appearance. It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen. When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily.
