The thing I like about Dr. Bemanian and his staff is that you feel like home. They take care of you as if your family. They give you that great feeling that you need to have! (your in good hands. Don’t worry about anything we are taking care of you) Thank you for being good and professional in what you do!

Endoscopy and Colonoscopy procedure went just fine without a hitch. The last thing I remember was being asked to lie on my left side and the next thing I remember is waking up with my wife in front of me. Dr. Bemanian did a great job explaining to me what was done and when the results would be made available. Dr. Le, the anesthesiologist did a great job making it a quick and painless experience.

The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating! While there was a decent wait time because they were fairly busy, each nurse that helped with me was very efficient and comforting. Dr Bemanian was very thorough in both explaining the procedure beforehand, and describing how it it went and went they found.

Reception staff was polite, courteous, and professional, and the waiting room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Nurse staff was pleasant, professional, and polite. Bemanian was excellent - I would recommend him to anyone.

I arrived at the right time. Signed in and the receptionist greeted and showed me to seat at the waiting room. The wait was short. Very soon a nurse come and took me inside to a preparation cubicule. Asked me to undress and put my clothes I a bag. As I told her I felt cold, she handed e a wormed blanket. Very soon, after I was prepared with the needle with the IV for the anesthesia dmtge doctor greeted me, comforted me and asked if I had any questions. 10 minutes later I met Kevin, a nurse a two other nurses, also very friendly. As they told me to turn to my left, and tucked me comfortably with an extra warm blanket they must started to introduce the anesthesia because the next I remember was to see one of the nurses talking to my daughter, who was the designated driver, and telling me it was done. It was so great that I cannot remember anything to complsin about. GREAT COLON ANS ENDOSCOPY PROCEDURE PERFORMAN CE. I think this is my fourth in 40 years. THIS IS TBE BEST EVER.

Dr. Bemanian is very caring and professional. Facilty is very clean and acoomodating. Wait time waa normal. Staff was very cordial and professional. scheduling was easy. Procedire went as expected. Overall an excellent experience. As an added note; Regal however, does not get a high mark because it took more than 2 moths to get an authorization for a routine prventative procedure. To the point that Dr. Bemaninan had to contact them. That is very poor service from Regal.
